TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for considering  PanoMagic 360 for your event! Please review the following terms and conditions. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below:

Booking and Notice:
A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required for weekday bookings.
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of $75 and a signed service agreement are required at the time of booking.

Payment:
Final payment is due 1 week before the event.
If you book your event within 7 days, the balance must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Reservation and Refunds:
Once the deposit has been received, we will reserve your date and time exclusively for you.
All deposits are non-refundable and may be transferable (up to one time); changes to the event date and/or location may result in a fee based on the discretion of PanoMagic 360.


Onsite Consultation:
In most cases, we offer onsite consultations at the venue space to ensure the best setup for your event.
Once the deposit has been received, we will contact you to schedule a date and time for the onsite consultation.


 

Power Outlet:
We require access to a power outlet for our equipment.
In the event there is no available outlet, we can provide portable power for an additional fee of $60.
